We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!

LEAD TIMES

B2B orders are made to order with a 3-week lead time and subject to change based on order quantity. B2C orders ship within 10 business days.

Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.

Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing. Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please Contact Us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.

EXPECTED DELIVERY DATES

All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution center in Eastman Georgia. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Larger items and high-volume orders will be shipped LTL.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATIONS

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.

NONSTANDARD SHIPMENTS

For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please Contact Us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii, or outside the U.S.?
No, we do not ship there at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?
As required by law, sales tax is determined by the state in which your order is being shipped. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order total at checkout.
