Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SoPoly, we take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order poly furniture right here in Georgia. Please review our shipping timelines and costs below.

1. Order Processing & Cutoff Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (EST)

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

2. Delivery Timelines (Handling + Transit)

Because our furniture is made to order, total delivery time is calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time.

  • Handling (Production) Time: 2-30 Days (Processed Monday–Friday).

  • Transit Time: 2–7 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

    • Note: Smaller items typically arrive in 2–5 days; larger freight orders may take up to 7 days once they leave our facility.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all products we sell, with no minimum order required.
  • Shipping is included automatically at checkout — there are no shipping charges on any order.

4. Shipping Methods

  • Parcel (FedEx/UPS Ground): Used for individual items like Adirondack chairs and side tables. These are typically delivered curbside without a signature.

  • LTL Freight: Used for larger sets (7–9 piece dining sets, etc.).

    • Appointment Required: The carrier will call the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.

    • Delivery Type: Standard delivery is curbside/threshold.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

  • Additional charges or restrictions may apply for remote locations, islands, or addresses requiring ferry access. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you before processing your order.

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your details at checkout. Address changes requested after shipment may result in additional carrier rerouting fees.

6. Returns

To start a return, please contact us first at sales@sopoly.com to confirm eligibility and receive your return label. (For items that arrive damaged or defective, see Section 6 above.)

  • Return Labels: SoPoly provides and pays for the return shipping label on eligible returns.
  • Drop-Off Required: Customers must take their return package to their local UPS location for drop-off.
  • Pickup Charges: Any additional carrier pickup charges (such as UPS scheduled-pickup fees) are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursed by SoPoly.
  • Packaging Condition: Items must be returned placed in their original box to be eligible for a return. Returns received without the original box will not be accepted.
